Vaccination Prize Drawing

To promote the health and safety of the Ohio State community, the university will be awarding $50,000 in prizes to vaccinated students, faculty and staff. Throughout August, the university will conduct weekly drawings for prizes like gift cards, football season tickets and annual parking permits.

To participate, you must complete these three steps:

  1. Receive the final recommended dose of a COVID-19 vaccine (the second shot of a two-dose vaccine or the single shot for one-dose vaccines). If you have not yet been vaccinated, see the Get Vaccinated page for information about how to find a location.
  2. Submit your vaccination information to the university. Students should report through the My BuckMD health portal. Employees should report through Ohio State’s Employee Vaccination form.
  3. Enter the vaccination prize drawing program by completing this form after reviewing the official rules.

Enter before August 8 to be eligible for each of the four drawings so you will have more chances to win. Once you have entered the prize drawing program, you will be in the pool for all future drawings.
