Respiratory Virus Guidance

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provides continuing guidance on respiratory illnesses, including COVID-19, flu, RSV and other common respiratory illnesses. The CDC recommends use of core prevention strategies in combating the spread of these illnesses.

If you suspect you have a respiratory virus, including COVID-19, the CDC offers additional recommendations on how to prevent the spread of the virus when you are sick. 

Wexner Medical Center Employees

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention published separate guidance for healthcare workers. All employees of the Wexner Medical Center should follow these Employee Exposure Guidelines

The university’s COVID-19 Transition Task Force’s Safe Campus and Scientific Advisory Subgroup will continue monitoring changing conditions and consult with local and state health authorities. Recommendations and requirements will be refined as needed.
